LG4Fitness’s high school strength training program is designed to elevate athletic performance by focusing on key pillars of development. The program harnesses the power of plyometrics to improve explosiveness and agility, teaches athletes how to efficiently produce and apply power for maximum performance, and introduces compound exercises that drive strength, muscle gains, and overall power. With expert guidance and a structured approach, this program equips young athletes with the tools they need to excel in their sport.
